House Of Thea Boutique is a South African fashion boutique specialising in thoughtfully designed, premium garments and accessories.

Our online store allows customers to browse our collections and purchase products for delivery within South Africa.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Products & Product Descriptions

We take great care in presenting our products accurately, including their colours, fabrics, dimensions and descriptions.

Our pieces may also contain natural variations in fabric, texture or finish. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects and may contribute to the individual character of a garment.

3. Product Availability

Our collections may be produced in limited quantities.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer where reasonably necessary.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after it has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, once an order has been successfully placed and accepted, the applicable purchase price will generally be the price displayed at the time of purchase, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors and applicable law.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

House Of Thea Boutique does not ordinarily store complete payment-card details.

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, peak trading periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

House Of Thea Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, although we will endeavour to assist you in resolving delivery issues.

8. Exchanges & Refunds

Our policy is exchanges only for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, selected the incorrect size or no longer want the item.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions contained in our Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise subject to a statutory consumer remedy, your rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected.
